Delivery

As soon as we have received your payment your order will be processed and delivered as soon as possible to the address provided for delivery.

The delivery date depends on whether the product(s) is/are in stock. All orders are delivered in 1 package and are therefore dependent on the product with the longest delivery time. If you wish the products that are in stock to be delivered sooner than the others, we advise you to split up the order:

In stock - The product will be delivered almost immediately.
Please note! We do not have any options for payment at our warehouses! If you should drop by for pick up without placing an order and making a payment first (choose for pick up) you might be dissapointed.

Not in Stock - Products could temporarily be out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances. New stock will usually arrive within 2 weeks. In such an event we will contact you to discuss the matter and find a suitable solution.

Delivery

We cooperate with both PostNL and DPD for delivering your order to the address provided by you. These regular mail/parcel systems come with the advantage of provinding secure, yet low cost delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery the delivery person will drop a note in your mailbox. In most areas the delivery person will try a delivery 2 times.

Pick Up

In case of pick up the payment has to be processed. We will send an email confirmation as soon as the order is ready to be picked up. In case you wish to pick up the order the same day, please use one of the online payment systems that instantly processes the payment, such as iDeal, PaylPal etc.
